In a nutshell, who is American Standard Renewable Fuels Corp (ASRF)?
American Standard Renewable Fuels Corp (ASRF) is a world changing clean green renewable energy and eco friendly bio fuels Management and Production Company. We turn trash into eco friendly high demand power products using only responsible green solutions. ASRF has developed a unique package of operationally successful all “American Made” processes that when combined with our own proprietary Carbon Negative Conversion Technology (CNCT) it creates a very efficient renewable Energy Center (EC).
If I donate to ASRF, where does my money go?
These funds will be used to help cover the soft costs of engineering reports, finalization of all permit requirements and other general and administrative expenses for our initial Energy Center (EC). The site has been chosen and all necessary parties are ready to proceed.

Are my donations tax-deductible?
The short answer is no. Currently, American Standard Renewable Fuels Corp is a registered for profit company. Therefore your donation is not tax deductible. Once our initial Energy Center is operational we will be establishing our Foundation for the benefit of needed services for the local community.
If you donate by PayPal or credit card, you’ll receive a general receipt by e-mail, as long as your e-mail address was included with your donation. Donations by check over $50 will receive a receipt by mail, if you gave us your return address. You may also request a receipt for your donation by writing us at donate@asrfcorp.com (please include your contact information, the method you used to donate, and the amount of your donation).
Where can I find more financial information?
ASRF is pre revenue. You can find additional cash flow projections in our Executive Summary on this web site. We have a complete project file available for accredited investors.

The ASRF EC program is capable of taking in every form of waste, trash, rubbish, debris, etc that comes into a landfill and we turn absolutely everything at the landfill into eco friendly bio fuels and clean green renewable energy, with absolutely no waste or pollution of our own. We eradicate the huge growing mountains of trash delivered daily and stored at all our nations’ landfill locations. Environmentally, we eliminate every type and form of trash. We consume everything imaginable: old appliances, old furniture, human and animal sludge, toxic waste, infectious medical waste, plastics, old tires, regular garbage, anything and everything that comes into a landfill. Additionally, we eliminate all the current and future green house gasses associated with the trash we eradicate. Our EC is the complete process. Our EC is the total answer. No one else has developed a complete solution to the storage problems faced by our Nation’s landfills. Our Energy Centers are the ultimate answer to Municipal Waste Management and landfill waste elimination. ASRF is not a weak start up company that will fade away in a few years. We are in this for the long haul. Everything we do is aimed at making America a better place for our children and future generations to come. If we do not do it, who will?
How much money are you hoping to raise?
Our current fund raising efforts goal is to generate $500,000. These funds will allow us to leverage our combined forces into larger commercial and investor loans which will be used for the development of our initial Energy Center (EC). Once the permits are issued and the initial EC has been started we will be able to roll those funds over into a multitude of Energy Centers.
Who else is supporting you in this goal?
Most of our funding has come from the directors, from family and friends. We have assembled a variety of long term lenders all eager to participate with us, once we are what is known as “shovel ready”. When we are “shovel ready” we will have long term power purchase agreements from utility companies, we will have bio fuel off take agreements from wholesale tank farm distributors. These contracts can be used as collateral for large development and project loans along with loans from larger hedge funds and other sources of investment finance. We are also going to rely on donations from individuals – people like you.
Can I give you a targeted or restricted donation to be used for something very specific?
ASRF is not a charity or a foundation. Charities based in the United States, including all foundations, are required to honor restrictions requested by donors. This means that if you specify your donation needs to be restricted for a specific use, we will either honor your request or return your donation. But before you decide to do that, please consider that unrestricted donations are much more useful for us. We assure you your donation will be put to the purposes already stated above. Every restriction imposes administrative overhead and planning costs, and increases internal complexity.
Why is there a minimum donation?
The minimum donation amount is $20. We will willingly receive small donations from people who don’t have much money, and we are really, really grateful to those donors. Truly, if the donation is meaningful to you, it’s meaningful to us. But, it’s not uncommon for people to use donation mechanisms such as ours to test stolen credit cards to see if they work. Those people typically use a very small dollar amount for their testing. We have been advised that a $20 minimum donation amount seems to deter them.
What can I do to help you spread the word?
Spread the word any way you can! Tell your friends and family. Tell them what the American Standard Renewable Fuels – Landfill Clean Up Program means to you. Ask them if they could help improve our planet and its environment and if so, what it means to them. Use this text as the signature file on the bottom of your emails:
