Henry is responsible for day to day operational management responsibilities and all corporate and project funding of ASRF. Henry is the primary liaison with strategic partners, technology vendors and project stakeholders.

Has lived in 8 countries and speaks 4 languages
Henry is an avid skier and an experienced heavy cruiser motorcycle riding instructor, and he has won a number of Slow Speed Motorcycle handling competitions including national “Top Gun” programs. His strong leadership and accomplished expertise with a diverse background in project development is a tremendous asset to ASRF.

Bill is our highly qualified renewable fuels expert for bio-refineries, processes, and operations. Bill is responsible for the development of ASRF Corp’s Energy Centers.
Professional qualifications and achievements include:
- 10+ years at South Point Ethanol, successfully taking the plant from groundbreaking to full capacity production
- 20 years as a First Class Stationary Steam Engineer
- Teaching Certificate from Ohio University to teach Steam Plant Operations (Boilers, Turbines & Engines)
- Graduate of the University of the State of New York Regents
- Retired US Naval Officer, (Advanced Electronics)
- Distinguished service as Officer in Charge (OIC) for the Pentagon Telecommunications Center
Over 10 years experience in Project Management and multi-million dollar major overhauls and technology upgrades for naval vessels.
Bill served our country with distinction and is a highly decorated veteran. He is a quintessential leader with superb technical prowess and has a passionate vision that directly supports the ASRF mission.

Michael R. Maury Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined ASRF Corp team in August 2008. He is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of financial and operational experience. He has been responsible for the accounting and planning activities of thirty-five operating entities in eleven countries.
Professional qualifications and achievements include:
- B.A. in Accounting from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa
- Certified Public Accountant, since 1974
- Served as Controller for a public traded company
- Served as Vice President, Business Manager for various companies
- Member of AICPA and California Society of CPA’s

David S. Greenberg, Attorney at Law Vice President and General Counsel
David is responsible for the ongoing daily legal matters as it pertains to overall company operations and contract matters.
Professional qualifications and achievements include:
- 35 years practicing law, with current focus on tax matters, formation and operation of corporate business entities, and estate planning.

Over the years, David has represented utility and transit companies, hospitals, universities and various municipalities within the State of California. He therefore brings a vast amount of experience, knowledge and credentials to the ASRF Corp team.

William W. Eigner Senior Partner with Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP
Bill is our lead counsel emphasizing experience in venture capital, governing, operating, buying, selling and merging of growing technology and other businesses. They work closely with matters relating to many technologies, electronic commerce, bio-technology, intellectual property protection, securities and political issues with technology companies and independent power producers.
Professional qualifications and achievements include:
- B.A. from Stanford University
- Law degree from University of Virginia School of Law

Jane Hieronimus Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Jane works closely with the Catalyst Marketing Company, our Public Relations and Advertising company. She oversees all advertising programs, webinar presentations, collateral material, and press releases.
Professional qualifications and achievements include:
- 25+ years experience in Public Relations and Marketing
- Over a period of 15 years, selected by 3 different Naval Commands to serve as the Military Liaison to the civilian families and local communities
- Served as the Gulf Coast Ombudsman Area Coordinator under the direct leadership of the Commodore
- Served as Public Relations liaison in support of several large charitable organizations including Special Olympics and United Way
- 3 years assisting in coordinating the Tri-State Anti-Drug Air Show in Southern Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky
- Recently served on Board of Directors for Chula Vista, California Chamber of Commerce
- Served on Board of Directors for Chula Vista, California Boys and Girls Club
